Chris Tizzard Architecture was commissioned by The Poland Trust to design a new development of 17 almshouses in Brockham, Surrey, providing high-quality, affordable homes for local families and young people wishing to remain in the area. Chris worked closely with trustees, landowners, and Mole Valley District Council throughout the design and delivery process.
