Chipsetad based development

Located in Chipstead Village, this award wining development of three individual detached Houses for Safran Homes Ltd received the coveted Daily Mail Property Award for Best Property in Surrey, Best Redevelopment (Multi Units) UK 2008. The challenge for this site was to design three, five-bedroomed homes that are low profile to blend in with the surroundings. Each property provides the Kitchen, Breakfast, Family Room combination with vaulted ceilings that have distinctive gables with a wall of glass. Of special note is the Dove Grey colour to the windows and woodwork of plot 2.
