An individual house for the owner of Biles & Co (Estates) Ltd in Leatherhead, this “Arts and Crafts” style house with its reclaimed brickwork, oak-framed porch, clay tile roof and hanging tiles is one of our best examples in this style. This is the ultimate family home, one that is comfortable, warm and inviting. The owners are an active family with two young children, so the house was designed with both aesthetics and practicality in mind, and incorporated bedrooms having their own study/sitting area for the children. Another feature of the design is the Kitchen, Breakfast, Family Room (with its vaulted ceiling) all flowing from one to the other.
